Dead Levee is a 4-piece old-school, no-nonsense rock band consisting of members Tayler “Izzy” Morgan, Ray Klapatiuk, Rylan “Buck” Dusyk, and Preston Laschuk. Their aggressive, organic, and attitude-driven style harkens back to the high energy rock of the late 60's with the attitude of 90’s rock. Dead Levee's live show is a lively experience that offers high energy stage presence alongside their captivating original material. Big, bold guitar solos, rippin’ vocals, and heart-pounding rhythm revitalize the contagious energy of rock ‘n roll that the world fell in love with in a fresh new way. Playing alongside established bands such as: Chilliwack, The Trews, Monster Truck, The Lazys, The Wild!, and Econoline Crush. Touring coast to coast, and playing hundreds of shows, including the 2022 CFL Labour Day Classic, they are no stranger to the stage. Dead Levee’s most recent EP was produced by multi-Juno award winning producer, Garth Richardson (Rage Against The Machine, Nickelback, Alice Cooper). Mixed by Juno award-winning Mixer, Kevin Dietz (The Glorious Sons, JJ Wilde), and Mastered by Noah Mintz, (Arkelles, Billy Talent, Matt Mays, Death From Above 1979). The singles off the Rise Up EP, Nothing Good Comes Easy and Rise Up have been featured on Hockey Night in Canada and played on multiple Active-Rock Radio Stations. Currently, Dead Levee is working on a full length album with bassist Tayler “Izzy” Morgan on lead vocals. The first single with the new lineup is a high energy rock song called “Shout”, which was released September 2nd, 2022 and has since surpassed all previous songs in streams, featured on Hockey Night In Canada, and also featured multiple times on Active-Rock Radio. On September 8th, 2023, Dead Levee dropped their second single, “Love & Misery”, off their upcoming record. The single has received a lot of support, including being featured on Sportsnet’s Toronto Blue Jays broadcasting, featuring on Hockey Night In Canada, and has multiple active-rock radio plays nationally and internationally.
